Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel a class registration and get a refund? 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reschedules for paint party tickets. If you cannot attend, we recommend finding a substitute who will attend in place of you. Please notify us of the change or cancellation using our contact form. Be sure to include your name, your substitute’s name, and order number.

What can be returned? 
Some of our products are returnable, but restrictions apply. Our class fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. Some of our products that are delivered to a physical address can be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Downloadable content cannot be returned.

When do items need to be returned?
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

Where do items need to be returned?
Items must be returned to the address on the packaging label.

How do customers return items?
Items must be returned without damages or signs of use. Items must be in their original packaging, and you may return them in their original shipping container, with a printout of your receipt, and reason for return.

Shipping for returns?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Credit for returns?
For returned items in their original condition, you may get a full refund of the item cost. If items show signs of use, you may get up to a full refund in store credit.
